How can Social Media Conversations Negate Attorney Client Privilege?

A common misstep is waiving attorney client privilege by discussing your conversations with your attorney on your social media site.  Sharing attorney client privileged information could result in an argument over the extent of the waiver of attorney client privilege.  Keep two rules in mind if you are in litigation

Don’t talk about your case with others either in person or in social media

Don’t use anyone else’s computer to communicate with your lawyer.
